Our team at As Nature Intended is a tightknit family and it shows in everything we do from the loving and meticulous production of our delicious dinners to our brilliant customer service. We all do what we do because we love it! And above all, we love that we have been able to help so many dogs and cats over the years, from recovering from disease to losing weight and living their best lives.

At the helm we have Cheryl and Chris whose love, encouragement, extensive knowledge and understanding have driven us to strive harder and reach higher. In our shop our awesome sales and admin team welcome every visitor like old friends, which many are. From answering emails and phone calls with compassion and understanding we are your furries’ biggest cheerleaders and we will bend over backwards to ensure they have the best quality food. And we are all supported by our incredible hard-working kitchen crew who are the backbone of our company.

When you arrive at our shop, Jade and Chelsea are the first faces you will see. They know so much about raw feeding it will make your head spin.

Jade “My best part of this job is having funny laughs with all the staff but mostly my 4 legged best friends who come running into the shop for treats and cuddles 😊 I’d like customers to know that any fur baby of theirs is a fur baby of mine.”

Overseeing all admin, recipe production and general running of our shop and online stores, you will find Chandre, Sharna and Andrea. With years of experience, there is literally no question that Chandre cannot answer or problem she cannot solve. Sharna oversees all production and is one of the best researchers we have ever known. Andrea oversees the online stores and brings her creative flair and fabulosity to our marketing and business development.

Providing the back bone of all production is our amazing kitchen crew who make every dinner with love, care and attention and there is always the sound of laughter ringing out from our kitchen. Keeping this team motivated is our amazing Kitchen Manager, Chris whose calm positivity and capability keeps us all balanced. He is supported by Mungoni (the Professor), Chico (Mr Fixit), Innocent (who keeps us all laughing), Telezah (who is our team model with her fashion style) and Milius with his bright and infectious smile – we would be nothing without them.


And one of the faces all our delivery customers know well is our driver, Precious. With his bright smile and impeccable customer service, Precious will not only deliver your furkids’ dinners and play with your dogs and cats but he will also pack your order into your freezer for you.


It is no exaggeration to say As Nature Intended would be nothing without our awesome team! As much as it has been a joy to see so many pets thrive on our food, it has been an extra special privilege to see our little start-up bloom into a business that supports and is supported by so many wonderful humans and their families. Our staff’s commitment and passion is the heart of As Nature Intended, and our products are truly handmade – from the loving hands that make the food in the kitchen, to the dexterous fingers that type up the emails and the invoices, to the helping hands that pack the food and deliver it gracefully to your home.

You, our customers, are part of that passionate team too. We couldn’t do what we do without you. Between us, and all the pets we represent, we love finding little extra ways that we can share some of that passion through our outreach and donation projects.
